Pregnancy Update & 4th of July Weekend!

Pregnancy Update: I had a C-Section with Kennedy so I decided to do the same with the next one and use the large scar that I already have, so today I scheduled my c-section. Which was very wierd to know the exact day and time that I will meet this little girl inside of me. Aug. 4th will be her birthday unless she decides to suprise us all and come earlier! I'm getting very anxious and excited to meet her and see what she will look like. I'm also curious to see what Kennedy will think of the whole thing, having to share the spot light with another little girl. I think she'll do great and I think she'll want to help me with everything! I'm sure I'll be able to use every bit of help she has to offer!

"Fat guy in a little coat"
Can you even believe I would post this picture? Gross! My family thought it was so funny
when I put this life jacket on to get in the water they all got their cameras out and started
snapping away. So consider this my 35 weeks pregnancy picture!

4th of July Weekend in St. George at Sand Hollow!
We celebrated Sierra's 23rd Birthday while we were down in St. George and had so much fun the entire weekend! We boated and swam and saw a movie and just hung out! It was a great time with everyone who went. Kennedy LOVES the boat and didn't mind at all that she had to wear her life jacket floatie every second she was on it. (I thought she would absolutely hate it) She did great!
Happy 23rd Birthday Sierra!

Does this man look 63 to you? Amazing I know. You should see him ski!
Neil is a fabulous skiier and puts us all to shame!

If there's one person who could challenge Neil to a skiing contest it
would be my mom. She's an amazing skiier too!

Our Family Vacation!

It's been SOOO long since I last blogged so beware that this is an extremely long picture post. (If you want to stop looking now I'll understand.) During the first part of June Kennedy, Chris and I headed off to St. George and Vegas for our family vacation. We wanted to stay close to home this year just in case I happened to go into labor early. We had the best time, we swam pretty much every single day so we got lots and lots of sun which is my favorite thing in the world, so I was happy! Our trip happened in 3 seperate parts, The first 3 days we spent in St. George with our good friends the Moffits, the next 3 days we spent at the Treasure Island Hotel in Las Vegas, and the last 3 days we went back to St. George to finish out our trip.

The first part of our trip in St. George

Swimming at the pool with mom and dad!

Liv, Steve & Soren having some family time in the pool.

Soren & Kennedy are great little buddies.
They play so good together!

The 2nd part of our trip in Viva Las Vegas

It's not a trip to Vegas without a stop at the Hello Kitty store.
Kennedy is so funny everytime she walks in this store! She goes right to the baskets and starts loading up. After she's had her fun I go through the basket and pick out the things she actually gets to keep. She such a funny little girl, she's in Heaven in this picture!

Hanging out at the Treasure Island pool was so much fun!
I'm in heaven in these pictures!

My parents were in Vegas for a couple days while we were there too so they watched Kennedy one night while Chris and I went to the Cirque de Sol show Mystere. Kennedy had a blast with her grandparents and Chris and I had so much fun at our show. The next day we met up with them at one of our favorite restaurants in Vegas Dos Caminos for some yummy mexican food.

We also went over to the MGM and saw the Lions. Which Kennedy loved!

And to the m&m factory where Kennedy picked out this cute little t-shirt
that she loves wearing to bed.

On our last day in Vegas we took Kennedy over to the Mandalay Bay Shark Reef Aquarium.
She thought it was pretty cool seeing all of the fishes, she wasn't a huge fan of the sharks tho.

Our 3rd and final stop on our vacation, back to St. George

My little sweetheart would swim everyday if she could, and on
this trip she actually got to so she had a BLAST the whole time!

Swimming with dad!

Swimming with mom!

They have a great park in St. George that's about 1/2 mile from our house that we took Kennedy and the dogs too. Lots of fun! Very toasty outside, but fun!

My Little Beauty!

Kennedy is such a little sweetheart I just had to put up a few random pictures of her. She amazes me everyday at how smart she is and how she listens to EVERYTHING that comes out of my mouth and repeats it. (I've had a few woops moments!) She is 2 going on 16, it's actually quite scary! But I love every minute I get to spend with this little beauty, she definetly keeps me laughing!

27 weeks!

27 weeks
Getting bigger by the day now! I'm slowly beginning to grow out of all my gym clothes, which is kind of a problem since it's what I wear to train my clients in. Maternity gym clothes are almost non existant so I'm improvising with what I have. Other than that, all is well!

Ironman St. George

This past weekend we went to Vegas for a few days (with the girls) and then onto St. George where we met up with the guys to watch the very first St. George Ironman. It was so fun to watch these AMAZING athletes compete in such a hard, grueling race. A 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, and a 26.2 mile run to finish it off. Watching these athletes gives me the fever to want to do one myself someday (which I never thought in a million years I would want to do) They are so inspiring to me! So who knows...maybe in the next few years an ironman will be in my future.

Little miss Kennedy was so good all day while
we watched the racers for nearly 8 hours.
We just couldn't get enough!

This is Sophie, my niece's daughter who also did so well
watching the racers.

My niece Syd and my mom watching the bikers
