Our Little Missy Turns 3!

On February 8th our little Kennedy turned 3 years old, it's so amazingly sad how quickly the time goes by! She's growing up so fast, before I know it I'll be dropping her off at Kindergarten while I secretly cry in the car! Kennedy is such a joy in our lives, and always keeps us laughing. She is so smart, and so sweet, she's such a good big sister, and a great helper to me around the house. We love her SOOO much! We had so much fun celebrating her birthday too. Her birthday was on a Tuesday so we had cake and ice cream that night to celebrate it, but the real party was on Friday night at Jungle Jims so she could play with all of her cousins and friends. We all had so much fun, and are so thankful to all of the wonderful family & friends that we have in our lives who are always there for us and our kids. Happy Birthday Miss Kennedy!
The Birthday Girl!
Kennedy wanted a Phineas & Ferb themed party. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a show on the Disney Channel that even I find entertaining! I think it's meant for 10 year olds or something, so of course Kennedy would pick something like that. She loves the show and watches it everyday so I wasn't suprised at all when that's the theme she picked this year!

Chris's masterpieces (yet again) He's the creative one in our little family, so he get's the fun job of making the cake every year. He's so good at it, isn't he??

Denver Trip...Nuggets Baby!

So Chris and I decided awhile ago that every 5 years we would take a trip for our Anniversary. So for our first trip we decided to do a trip to Denver to see the Nuggets play. Chris planned this one, and did such a great job!! For those of you who know me well you know that Chris and I are huge basketball fans, especially the NBA. I like the Jazz (Chris loves them) but there are a few other teams that I like to and alot of other players from random teams. The Nuggets happen to be a team that I love and they also have one of my favorite Players too, Chris Andersen aka: The Birdman! I love him and knew that as soon as we got to the stadium that I would be purchasing one of his jerseys for the game. The game we went to was this past Friday and they just so happened to be playing the Jazz. So I cheered for Denver, and Chris cheered for the Jazz. The Jazz won (which I was happy about, even though I was wearing a Nuggets jersey) So everyone was happy! It was such a fun game and a great trip. Denver is such a beautiful city, we walked everywhere even though it snowed almost the entire time. Our hotel was so pretty, and we shopped and ate at so many fun places! It was my first time leaving both of the girls for a whole weekend so it was tough for me but so much fun, and I knew they were in great hands with my mom & dad. Great job planning babe, I had a blast!

Chris and I at the game!

Chris got us great seats right behind the Jazz bench.
I could see every single one of Birdmans tattoos, but of course
none of my pictures turned out they were all blurry!

Chris even caught a parachute they threw down.
Every Jazz game he thinks he's gonna catch one, this time he actually did.

Nice and compacted it was too!
Ready to wear.

Happy Anniversary!!

Its hard to believe that I've been married to Chris for 5 years! The time has flown by so quickly! He makes me laugh every single day, and he is the best dad I could have ever wished for to our girls! Don't get me wrong, we've had our share of stupid fights over the years. No marriage is perfect. But at the end of every day I'm so grateful that I married my very best friend! I can tell him anything and he'll listen to me (at least it looks like he's listening even if he isn't) He is the person I go to for everything! I love him more that I can even describe! Here's to 5 GREAT years and to 65 more!

This is a pic of us from this past summer when I was still preggo!
