I've enjoyed having a nice break from training for the last couple months, but now it's time to get back to business! Every January training begins for the races of the upcoming season. The first one on the calendar is the Salt Lake half marathon on Saturday April 18th. It's such a fun race to do if your a first timer or a seasoned runner. If anyone is interested in running this race with me and a handful of others I run with let me know, we do our long runs as a group on Saturdays and we'd love to have as many people as we can! The more the merrier!

HaPpY NeW YeArS!

We celebrated New Years this year by rockin' out to our good friend Debbie Brockbank and her band "24-6" at The Rock and Roll Academy. They were SOOO good! It was such a treat to be able to listen to them all night. Chris and I had such a blast with my parents while Kennedy enjoyed spending some time with grandma & grandpa Pew. I hope everyone had a great New Years as well!

Debbie is a true rocker! Her band was awesome!

SHE HAS ARRIVED!

Sophie Norma Sorenson graced us with her beautiful presence on December 29th weighing 6lbs. 7 oz. and a full head of dark gorgeous hair. Mom, Dad & baby are all happy, healthy & doing well.

We're so excited to finally have her here! We love you Syd, Griff & Sophie!

Merry Christmas!

I hope everyone had a GREAT Christmas! I know we did. We had such a wonderful time spending it with family & great friends. Thanks to all of the grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins & friends who made Kennedy's 1st Christmas so special! We love you all so much!

This was the look I got from her everytime I opened up some clothes that we got for her, then she'd go right back to playing with her toys. I guess the clothes were more of a present to me than to her cause she did not care!

Christmas Eve with the Greens!

Every year on Christmas Eve we celebrate with our great friends the Greens. We had such a blast this year! They had karaoke set up so Sara, Emily & Sierra put on quite a show. (They were the only ones who were brave enough to do it.) Thanks for a great night Greens, Love you all!

Happy Birthday Babe!

Chris's birthday was on December 9th and we had a little party at our house to celebrate him turning 26 years very old! jk!

I'm so grateful that I have such a wonderful, amazing, funny, sweet, charming, hansome man in my life! I'm so lucky he keeps me around being the crazy, control freak that I am. He's an amazing husband and the most wonderul dad! I feel so lucky and extremely grateful every day for him!
