Thanksgiving!

We spent our Thanksgiving this year with my side of the family and went up to Snowbird. We headed up on Wednesday to stay the night at 'The Lodge' at Snowbird and ate dinner at the buffet the next day. It was so much fun! I have the greatest family ever, and we had the greatest time! I so very rarely say (on my blog at least) what I'm thankful for. And I have so many things to be grateful for. So here goes... I'm so thankful for my wonderful family, my 2 beautiful healthy daughters, my hardworking husband who really is my best friend, the best parents I could EVER ask for, my sister who makes me laugh every time I'm around her, great friends, my Heavenly Father. And the list could go on and on! I'm very blessed in my life and I'm so Thankful every day for the things that I have. I hope everyone had just as great of a Thanksgiving as I did!

Ragnar & Halloween!!

On October 22 & 23rd a group of the coolest people EVER ran in the Ragnar Las Vegas. My friend Amy and I put a team together and it was one of the funnest race I've ever done! I definetly plan on putting a team together again next year. My car was a blast to be with, we all got along so great and had the best time together, lack of sleep and all!

This was my car hanging out in St. George getting ready to head over to our first exchange point at Lake Mead.
Me, Dustin and Carson in the back and Annie, Kacey and Sierra in the front!

Sierra was Beyonce from the "Single Ladies" music video. We went trick or treating at her work so we could see her! She got 3rd place for her costume at her work. Nice job!!

Pumpkin Carving & Visiting the Witches!

I love the month of October, I feel like there's alot going on and I love being out and about doing fun things with the girls! Last week my mom and I took the girls to Gardner Village to see the witches and to get a few things for their halloween costumes this year. It was so fun and Kennedy had a blast with Grandma!

Piper slept the entire day!
She could have cared less where we were.

Every year we get together with our friends who live in our complex and have dinner & carve pumpkins at our place. It's such a fun night where we can eat, catch up and let the kids play. This year we added a couple more kids to our get together than we had last year. We love our neighbors and are lucky to have them as friends!

Lotoja 2010!

On Sept. 11 Chris rode in the Lotoja bike race where he rode on his bike from Logan, Utah to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. 206 miles in one day! It is still so amazing to me when I think about it and how tough he is! Anytime I'm working out and it begins to get really tough I think of Chris and say "if Chris can do 206 miles in one day I can get through this workout." He worked so hard to get ready for this race so it was so cool for me to see him doing so well throughout the entire ride. We were able to see him at a couple of places where the team stopped to eat, and everytime we saw him he looked so fresh and not at all like he had just been on his bike for 8+ hours. He did so great and I am so proud of him for doing such a great job! He must have enjoyed himself, because he's already gearing up for next year!
Way to go Babe!!

This is Chris after 206 miles, as fresh looking as if he just went for a little stroll around town.

Only 80 miles to go!

Gettin' ready to head back out after a quick stop.

My cute hubby!

After Chris's race we were able to spend a couple of nights in Jackson. It is such a cool little town that is absolutely beautiful, this was my first time seeing it and I loved it!
This arch made of antlers was so awesome to me, as long as I don't think
of how they got the antlers.
Our attempt at a family picture. Kennedy wanted no part of it and was
being a little nightmare so this was the best we could do!
We probably could have picked a better backdrop being in the gorgeous
city of Jackson Hole, but I guess we thought a nearby
Winnebago looked appealing.

This is totally priceless and is the perfect picture to describe Kennedy.
She is a little miss priss, girly girl if there ever was one!
Blowing on her nails to make sure they're dry.
